Sure, aftermarket is great for customization and all... but adding FI can easily ruin reliability and voids your warranty with the manufacturer.

Fine, how about a 50k mile warranty? Or any meaningful warranty at all? And almost every manufacturer will sell you an upgraded 100k mile warranty for a grand or two, regardless of the car.

The aftermarket won't provide a 100k mile warranty on a reliable supercharged FRS.

Fair point.... they didn't exactly saturate the market with the FD.

Keep in mind the rotary was a steel housing, you can find tons of V8's with a aluminum block. The difference isn't as big as it sounds going from a 1.3L rotary to a V8.

For some people it's amazing handling and they don't like the maintenance headaches of the rotary. Personally I like seeing rotary engines in things it shouldn't be in more than V8 swapped RX7/8's, but a LS RX7 is still a cool car.

Yeah, a LS would weigh a bit more than a rotary.... but probably not as much as you'd think.

I have to poop after about the first cup of my morning coffee... if I skip coffee I don't feel any need to visit the restroom until like noon. I know I'm not the only one...

As much as I love rotaries (I DD an RX8) I can't hate that hard on LS RX7's.

It's a trademark for hot Audi's. Every single S and RS model comes with aluminum mirrors standard.

Dude porsche and their wheels confuse the hell out of me....

I want late 60's early 70's a long nose or a RS clone 911 SO BADLY. :(

That's the argument against synthetic... there are a lot for it as well.

Nope, but I see a Mercury Marquis.

Even in rotaries though... Sythetic or regular? It's a huge argument on the forums with people smartly arguing on both sides.

What makes me an asshole? Saying TM is the own reason he is dead?

Depending on how steep the hill is...

I think if the hill is steep enough that you can coast at constant speed in top gear with engine braking, then absolutely.

Except that de-acclerates you... so I might be burning less(almost no) gas. However I'm also wasting energy engine braking.

My first car was a 2003 Focus ZX3 (with the 2.3 duratec! :D).
