Yeah, I'm saying I prefer manuals because you get more control. It's not up to the person designing the software for the DSG to give you the ability to do X or Y.

Yeah, I'm aware while engine braking you aren't using fuel, however you're also slowing down.

Coating in neutral you'll go farther and not have to accelerate, especially on a moderate hill. Also I never said I immediately poured boiling water on my coffee. And for the record 190-210 is "the perfect temperature". If you start pouring at 190, after a 4 minute pour over you're going to be down to 170 and be under

Teach me!

Never said anything about killing the engine. Like you said that kills everything, steering/breaks/etc.

But engine braking slows you down, idling in neutral does not.

I'd be interested in what cars do and which don't. The only DCT gearbox I've driven was a DSG R32. Honestly it shifted fantastically and launch control was pretty fun, but it shifted before redline in manual mode, and I had no control over that.

Not sure if I'm being trolled.... or....?

I've driven a Golf R32 with a DSG and a number of other automated manuals, CVT's, shiftable autos, tiptronics, etc with manual modes.

To me it's all about control. I want the most amount of control of my vehicle, and the "most control" I can get is with a third pedal and a gearbox.

That's not true....

Hyperbole aside, there was still no stand your ground pretrial hearing enacted by the defense. Neither of those videos nor the article said he used the law, just mentioned it was shitty. To prove my point, three sources from large news networks:

I never said he didn't do those, I said they're conjecture and not solid evidence, you can't disprove that.

His father didn't live there, and neither did TM. TM had been known for fighting and I had read somewhere bragged to friends about being able to sucker punch people... which all is a bit of conjecture, however there WERE pictures of him fighting people on his phone as well pictures of unlicensed guns.

These comments are slowing returning some feeling of society not being completely useless... Thank you!

This 100%.

He didn't live their. He was visiting:

He didn't live there. He was visiting. (He had visited a number of times before, but that day was the first day of the visit... may have been a day visit even). But don't let the facts stop you!

False. The defense didn't use the stand your ground defense, they used standard self defense law. But don't let me stop you from spewing lies.

They tried him for manslaughter AND 2nd degree murder. He was found innocent on both accounts due to self defense. Also side note, stand your ground wasn't enacted by the defense.
