Yeah if I can get a 2013 Boxster S with a stick and few options for ~$30-35k in about 4-5 years I will be very happy. :)

I'm really temped by the 2005/2006 face lifted Boxster S which tend to be going for 25-35k with low miles.... but then there's also the 135i..... and then I remind myself my car only has 38k miles on it.

Yeah, I'm hoping these new ones depreciate like the old ones. I'm worried because they finally look really good, and the interiors are as nice as they are, they won't... but if they do I'll be in the market for a 2013 in ~4 years :D.

Same here! All of them posted on this site! :D

This is true.... considering most 0-60 times are done using launching. Even a GTR's fancy launch control chirps when setting off.

At least in CA there aren't any acceleration laws.

Oh and on the 1 series.... the 2 series is the new 1 series coupe. The current 1 series (F20 i believe?) is only available in europe as a 3/5 door hatch. The coupe/convertible will be offered as a 2 series, which will likely be very different.

The 1, 3, 5, and 7 will have 4 doors.

Funny... i actually hate the red stripe, but really like the blue.

I know at least one person who would disagree!

Do you know what all they did? Looks like it's just been repainted, given a very clean aero kit, and some new wheels... actually very tasteful!

Please tell me you have a blog or more pictures of this build! :D

I never advocated removing buttons. Or replacing buttons by putting those controls in the infotainment system.

That's all fine and dandy... but even if you have a passenger to do it, or you pull over.... you still need a way to put in information which is going to be a lot harder than a single button press.

Which is fine and dandy if you just want HVAC controls, and simple on off switches, or range nobs.... but what about when you need to put in a navigation destination?

For comparisons sake.

"Starting on April 1, a new food truck, the Fugu Truck, will be traveling the streets of Boston. Though it is named after the deadly fish, do not worry as they will not be serving actual fugu. Trying to properly slice fugu on a moving truck would have been a formidable task."

Awesome!

Speaking of jaguar... this could be a GREAT base for a TVR:

That's a thing??!?!?!
