I actually came across this when I was looking up videos of 5.0 coyote exhaust setups. By far the best sounding one... possibly if TVR did a bit of tuning and played around with exhaust, and did side pipes. That'd could be sick.

I can't see a rotary in a TVR. As much as I love rotaries, TVRs need big torquey engines.

I actually had a friend with a 5.0 mustang with a magnaflow exhaust... it was a bit better, but it sounded a lot like a tugboat.

It's a big V8, it can be made loud as hell... but in a stock mustang it's pretty god damn mellow.

To add on to what everyone else has said.... most of the body panels on that car are custom molded carbon fibre. So while it has the underpinnings of a 911, the body, interior, most of the drivetrain an suspension..... pretty much everything has been "restomodded".

I like the concept, but the 5.0 sounds too composed. It's not mean enough!

Yeah I was completely aware of the second bit regarding "over rating" engine capacity due to forced induction. Which I'm fine with.

That makes even less sense... a 335i can be a coupe, convertible, sedan, or wagon.

There is also some speculation that some of the deaths are actually suicides, so they don't really count as accidental poisoning. Either way, from a licensed restaurant it's supposed to be safe. I was sad I didn't get a chance to try it when I was in Japan!

I realized the other day the 128i has a 3.0L engine.... which is just fucking crazy. I'd thought they put larger numbers on FI cars to hint at the NA comparable power.... yet they're "underselling" the 128i. Why would it not be a 130i?!

I live in LA, and I drive a stick. 90% of my driving is in a 30 minute LA stop and go commute.

Also I don't think the fugu truck actually serves fugu...

If money wasn't an object I'd rather have the GT3. At it's core it's the fastest and most track focused RWD NA 911 you can get.

It's pretty meh for me. The sedan looks 100,000,000X better to me. The WRX on the other hand (new one) looks dumb as a sedan and great as a hatch.
