also.. are you running on xbox? on my pc it has a few hitches here and there but mostly runs over 100fps at 1440. definitely not the best optimized game tho

like I said, certainly not for everyone. I’m also a death stranding lover, but this gives me more like.. ambient zelda vibes. and I’m a huge ambient music fan.

actually it’s pretty spot on, since it’s easily the best game of that type since New Vegas, with similarly great writing and politics

hell yeah great to see Sable on here, I’m playing it now and it’s such a joy. certainly not for everyone, but the same can be said of all great things.

UGC has been brought into being solely because of individuals’ desire for self-expression and not because any explicit incentive existed to reward them for their creative efforts. I see this as one reason that there haven’t been as many major game-changing content that were user-generated as one would expect.

100% of the reason they want to do SW is because of the guaranteed fanbase money.

I love that their games are so divisive. Somehow even more fun enjoying a game knowing some dorks out there are really mad about it.

To be fair, Star Wars is extremely vague on what makes the empire bad and the rebels good, while Squid Game is explicitly about capitalism. But I mean, rich people are throwing cosplay squid game parties here in the US so, obviously the message can fly over anyone’s head lol

that does seem to be a big omission in the story. completely changes the context of a story-free game - yes great gameplay can sustain me for two hours in the absence of compelling narrative!
