Has anyone ever tried making falafel or pakora in one of these air-fryers? I’m not sure how the batter base would hold up if it is not suspended in oil.

I just eat them as is - or add them to salads - I think cooking them in any way would ruin the flavour and the texture. The broccoli florets are nowhere near as tasty as the stems.

.. and the fact that you were in PHL would have made me think immediately about the EWRGLA flight. Just make sure your luggage is going to the location in Edinburgh and take a 15 minute bus ride from Glasgow airport to the city centre and a train from Glasgow to Edinburgh- 50 mins-1 hour.

I tried it when down in Miami for a 3 day business trip - tasted like that Camp Coffee/Chicory sweet gooey yuck we used to get in Scotland. So disgustingly sweet you would gag on the first sip.
