I’m embarrassed to say that I’ve bought Shovel Knight three times. First I really wanted to play in on the go with my 3DS, then I really wanted to play it on my TV with my Wii U Pro Controller, then you can guess what happened next.

Oh god, they’re going to bring back nu-metal, aren’t they?

You know the answer to that.

I’m not sure I get your point, I mean the Wii is an 11-year old system. Are you waiting to pick up a Switch from Goodwill 11 years from now?

I’m imagining your friend’s dad as a secret id developer by night.

It will be easy enough to get a hold of eventually, but we’re currently just two weeks away from a very successful console launch. It’s not about Nintendo not wanting to meet demand, they want to get as many units into our hands as possible. Same goes for the Switch. The SNES Classic is just fresh on the market, while

Have there been any indications that this is happening? I would love to see 3D World spun off into its own series, that middle ground between 2D and 3D gameplay is ideal for co-op.

They were going to be, until a one armed man showed up to rant about them “stealing the corn” he allegedly “had canned over the store”. I’m told a thread was torn, Mr. Chang, A THREAD WAS TOOOOORN

About Blade Runner, although it is apparently performing beneath projections in the US what matters these days is the worldwide gross, so it could still end up being a financial success. Also, I don’t think Dune’s prospects are all that tied up with Blade Runner’s commercial performance as long as it doesn’t flat-out

Super Scope 6 outsold Super Metroid? I had to google what that game even was, and that peripheral didn’t exactly set the world on fire. Poor Metroid, only the original and the first Prime got the commercial attention the franchise deserves.

I think that goes for all teenagers of any decade. It’s an identity thing, there is a fear of being associated with anything your peers might deem childish. After 25 or so it’s blown over and you’re free to enjoy anything you please, including joyful, colorful video games.

Have been having a whole lot of fun with SteamWorld Dig 2, I feel like everyone needs to check this game out regardless of whether they ever played the original. It’s everything I wanted in a sequel to that Dig Dug-style take on the metroidvania (pseudo) genre: significantly longer, more substantial, more varied and

Wonder Woman’s influence is going to be felt even more with the movies to follow Justice League. JL was quite far along by the time WW came out.

From what I can tell because they were dead set on the idea of focusing on Jason’s backstory, like all the other terrible slasher reboots, and were surprised when every script or treatment ended up terrible. The fixation on origin story reboots is the worst thing that ever happened to the slasher genre.

When asked by Conan why he was excited about the prospect of a fifth Indiana Jones movie he did the money gesture and left it at that.

That was the plan, they pushed the release date for a new installment back for years and years until finally landing on that date, with the working title of Friday the 13th Part 13 no less, then cancelled it early this year about a month before filming was about to start due to the failure of Rings. At least that was

Take a look at the aggregates or just browse through reviews on your own, it is very clearly a critically acclaimed film. We have no idea if it deserves said acclaim until it’s out, but the reviews are stellar.

If his immediate reaction was “oh shit, my finger” he would have been looking at his finger. Spot on about the strip club thing, though.

The Wii didn’t support patches, with the one exception of Skyward Sword (there was a game breaking bug that could get you completely stuck). Technically there was also a patch of LostWinds 2 as a bug would not let you transfer it to the Wii U, but obviously that won’t matter much once the shop is down.
