Wowwwwwwwww.
human treasure talks to human garbage about non humans, is a treasure, makes garbage mad.
"could have used better judgment."
When there's an investigation for a hideous crime, everybody stops doing the thing that involved the crime regardless of who perpetrated it. When someone sends a bomb threat to a theatre you're sitting in, everybody has to leave, even you, so you lose out on part of that movie you paid for, even though you didn't do…
They weren't punished for something that never happened. They were temporarily suspended pending an investigation of a hideous crime. Which is standard practice for absolutely everything. After investigation was finished, suspension was lifted. Panties need to get untwisted now. The end.
Overreacting to bad publicity is is predictable.
They may not have been guilty of *this* offense, but that shouldn't preclude the school establishing better rules to help prevent future crimes. A reasonable person might wonder why these frats feel so injured by not being able to serve vats of jungle juice to visiting guests, and why these sorts of rules weren't…
Had these same rules in my university. Actually, in order to serve any kind of alcohol, people had to do a "server training" seminar, and they were the only people allowed to serve drinks at any university event. Didn't slows us down, so I don't see why they would get salty over the new rules.
Now that I think about…
I absolutely think that you're right about them using the FOA as their avenue of protest. But even then, I really can't be bothered to feel sorry for them for the following reason: they (the Greek system, in addition to a specific frat) were accused of something(s) atrocious. I am GLAD that UVA suspended all Greek…
Of course it's not. But any ambiguity on these articles only adds fuel to the fire of the random MRA's who have google alerts on "Jezebel UVA" to come and yell about how the whole story was fake and women get the monies from rape accusations and the GREEK SYSTEM is being unfairly persecuted. It's stupid and a shitshow…
Yeah, this new FOA seems less "unfair punishment" and more "correcting the fact that this wasn't already required."
It is standard for universities to control how alcohol is served on campus. A sober person serving alcohol? No kegs? No giant tubs of mixed drinks? Get over it.
Hey now. I have tits and they are delightful and I find tits to be delightful.
some monologues about SRS vaginas.
One of the ways we can tell if interviewers are sexist is if they are asking men the exact same questions as they are asking the women. The men are also wearing very expensive garments, and the men are also walking advertisements for fashion houses. Yet they are not asked "Who are you wearing?" and "Tell me about…
If it wasn't literally the only question women are ever asked on the red carpet (besides maybe "how's your new baby/husband/someone else by whom I can define you?" or "tell me why your body looks the way it does" in various forms), it would be ok. I mean, I wouldn't have any problem giving a shout out to whatever…
