Unpopular opinion: I HATE speed bumps. 95% of them are poorly designed/implemented and serve primarily to mess up your suspension. I understand that people are bastards who wouldn’t slow down for their own mother, and it’s their fault things are the way they are. Just ask new england drivers tailgating me as I strive

Hmmm. Owner's suspect. Unless it was some sort of non-responding malfunction, hit that close button as fast as you can. There's a beep when they open. Move the truck if it doesn't close trying to not break anything.

Ex corvette owner here. Nope, C4 and C5 platforms are QUITE different. C5 is transaxle and does not have the voluminous side sills the C4 had. Much more rigid, too. I agree on the C6 being a reworked C5.

And I might say you’re rather lenient. I will signal my interest once. It’s her prerogative to say yay or nay. There are of course no second tries, and there’s definitely no “reach out for me” attitude tolerated. Postmodern true equality means we’re truly equal, so no special treatment. We’re both hot, or not.

I am in the polar opposite side to your implied morals. There’s certainly a duty to warn people, particularly those not in the know, about predators. Advertising the vehicle at such an exorbitant price gouging scheme is reckless. This just reeks of you actually enjoying someone's downfall if it happened.

Low, small and light cars. While we’ve as a culture defected to the “shield” side of things with veritable mobile fortresses, small and agile makes for the best active safety.

I wanted to feel some sort of empathy for the other side of the coin you’re bringing up but, honestly, they’re asking for the price of an item being sold. If the item is for sale and available, the seller should make the price available.

This. It’s just reliability and resale concerns. Most people realize that when every repair is 500 and mobility issues, it can add up real quick. Plus you’ll get like 25 bucks for an old GM/Ford/Dodge normal vehicle and that’s it. Hondayota did their homework and few would consider anything else for their mainstream

This is great. Proper Jalop stuff. Plesse Jeep it coming!

Thank you for this. Sounds like I'd need to get to be friends with a couple techs as well to get that data.

Yeap. Leash and muzzle are a great idea. There are horrible people like me in this world that will sue to the max extent of the law you should your out of control animal decide to cause any bodily harm to me or my property.

Ayeee my heart’s broken. I’m lusting after an old DB9 and am an everyman. Someone said they’re relatively reliable with that V12 being 2 duratec sixes, but I’d love to hear your advice on what the mech said. Better prevented than sorry!

    You make an interesting point.

The very definition of “1st world problems”

I honestly wonder if "tone deaf" is the proper diagnosis...

    Unpopular opinion:

    Got it. Thanks.

“Gassing monkeys" debacle. You have my full attention.

I’m completely with you on how moronic the default SUV purchase is. It’s like lemmings jumping en masse (Yes, I know it’s ficticious).

    Yeap. This is about money.
