It seems physically impossible. Her shoulders and ribs are so narrow that the human body just wouldn't naturally grow boobs that large for that frame.

I have natural DD cups and without a bra, I look flat-chested. So yeah, I call BS. Boobs do not do that. Maybe they do at 16, but I don't know, I had 0 boobage at 16. Even as I was growing, they never stood out on my chest like that without a bra. I blame wide roots.

If you look at the picture, and where her arm and her hair lays, it's quite possible she IS wearing a conventional bra but is just hiding the straps in the photo.
