Literally anything that you need to adjust while the vehicle is in motion.
Not if this is all that’s done, I agree. It could just be a very public and obvious start to decreasing light pollution.
You know what else looks good? A sky full of undiminished stars.
Extrapolating from FIA actions in 2021 and 2022, I predict that FIA will award the 2023 title to Red Bull--two hours before the season opener in Bahrain.
Shit we would make a pretty scary rugby team wouldn’t we
It's not just the legroom; my shoulders are wider than the space between the outsides of the armrests. Unless I'm sitting on the aisle, my shoulders are going to be in the adjacent seats, and if I'm on aisle, I'd have to lean into the aisle, which partially blocks the aisle.
Hello fellow Shrek-shaped humans. 6'6", 275 here. My hip bones are wider than the distance between most standard airline armrests. Once I was assigned to an exit row, where they now mostly have those gawdawful fixed-arm seats. This seat was so narrow that I could only sit on the arms. I was lucky that they found me a…
Same here...6'6", 280, and more legs than torso. I think the only standard seat I can sit in these days are on Southwest, I usually have maybe 1-2" between my knees and the seat back in front of me. All of the other carriers, forget it. Knees jammed in the back and my legs start falling asleep in about an hour.
thought someone was playing the intro to Van Halen’s “Hot For Teacher”
I’m a big/tall guy and have to resort to all types of tricks to have a reasonably bearable flight. I select an aisle seat with no middle passenger hoping it’s not a full flight and I get to lift the inside armrest. For a full flight I lift the aisle armrest (usually a button underneath towards the back) for the little…
man - dont me started on that use the room under the seat in front of you BS. what fucking room! look i dont like violence - but i simply get it, i simply get when a person has had enough on a plane.
I’m in a similar boat (or I guess plane) - 6'8", around 260....
Nothing like a nice few hours stuck staring at your kneecaps.
6-6 and (a reasonably athletic) 260 here. I’m mostly legs, so coach seats have become all but unusable. Person in front of me couldn’t move their seat if they wanted to because my thighs don’t bend in the middle. I have trouble walking when we land.
i am 6'5" 290 lbs - not fat, just pro-athlete sized. I don’t make pro athlete money - so coach class it is for me. The last flight i took on Untied had those paper thin seats - not even a long flight - 3 hours.. and my back was killing me for 2 days after.
I had to go outside and wipe down my center console compulsively after seeing the photo above. Wow that is FILTHY.
So what you’re saying is this movie is ac rally going to star Tom Holland while Bad Bunny shoots all his scenes from a hospital bed?
If base level head units / control panels end up like this, I can see an aftermarket business opportunity for people to build a 70's jet style UI with a bunch of toggle switches and 7-segment or analog gauge displays.
You may save money. If you don’t owe enough in taxes to use up the non-refundable credit, then you don’t get the full amount and it cannot be carried forward or backward.
Easily, the Dodge Charger. It went from a kind of awkward looking and expensive Coronet that didn’t sell well to the greatest looking American car of all time that way out sold Dodge’s expectations.
