The default still is Mrs., at least down south. I never changed my name when I got married and all my community college students default to “Mrs. Body” which always hit my ear so wrong because that’s literally my mom’s name.

My MIL also had an ectopic and a stillbirth. As hard as the miscarriages have been, I cannot imagine having a stillbirth. And it was her first. I’ve at least had my son to squeeze and kiss on throughout this whole process.
That’s a great way to think about it. Because it’s so tempting to fall into the negative thinking but that won’t prevent or mitigate disappointment. I’m so glad you guys found success! I’ll feel a lot better when I hit my second trimester.
So it happened! After 28 months, three miscarriages in the first year, and then “unexplained infertility” over 12 cycles with a Reproductive Endocrinologist I FINALLY got pregnant again. 6 eggs and an IUI and it took. It’s super early, I don’t even go in for my betas until Tuesday but the test is unmistakably pregnant…
I remember reading that for the first time and just feeling rocked to the core. It directly articulated so many experiences and feelings that I’ve had and struggled with and knowing that it was an extremely common experience for women was both a relief and depressing. It was nice to know others struggled with this too…
I live for eggnog lattes. I can’t buy eggnog to have at home because I have zero control when it comes to eggnog. The sad thing is my favorite local place around the corner doesn’t offer eggnog lattes anymore. WTF?!
A local coffee place near me has a Rosemary Latte and its delicious and tastes to me like Christmas. It’s green and woody but they got it perfect because it doesn’t have any soapy overtones. They said they were surprised by how popular it turned out to be and are considering making it a more permanent part of their…
But was it ever supposed to get out? To make an example of him other journalists would need to find out that he was brutally tortured. They tried keeping this quiet. They didn’t need information from him, it seems just abject cruelty. They just wanted him to suffer.
Yes cause Pocahontas was a well known Indian American and when we talk about Pocahontas we’re all talking about someone from India. The sheer audacity is mind boggling. I know he does it all the time, I know he gets away with it every time and I keep thinking that I’ll eventually become all the way numb to it but I’m…
Yeah at least for the endo surgery you’re out. I just had that one, did it help you guys?
Hey congratulations! We’re two years into trying for number 2 and have also had allllll the tests and that’s the funny thing: they can test for egg reserve, tubal blockage, uterus shape etc. but you can still just have a hard time. Had my son no problem. This time around it just won’t click. I just got surgery to…
There has to be a reason they used change in a jar. You know they cooked up an angle on how it’d be perfect I just can’t quite figure out what but it’s too odd of a choice to not have some meaning.
Will this woman just once wear a damn jacket like a jacket!?! Put your freaking arms in the sleeves, that is what they are there for. If you don’t want to use the sleeves just commit to wearing capes/cloaks.
George Soros is 88 years old. Who is gonna pay for all the vast leftwing conspiracies when he’s gone? I suppose they can still blame the Clintons for awhile longer...
How did they not realize this format wasn’t going to be conducive to their goal to have a prosecutor pick apart her testimony?
Matlock. Andy Griffith with a law degree = Matlock.
So the dog question, when she prompted him by they all end in ‘eee”: Normie, blank-ie, blank-ie, blank-ie (bambi, rosie, harvey) I just found myself thinking: oh shit, well Stormi fits right in. Kylie, Stormi, Normie, Bambi, Rosie, Harvey.
I have things to do! I was going to be productive. But I can’t stop watching these, I love it!
Is that place still around in Knoxville? We had amazing Italian at Emilias but I’d love any insider recommendations for hidden gems.
