I’ve watched this video no less than 15 times lolll. It’s mesmerizing. She barely even looks like she’s moving next to them haha. Yeah hopefully The Tonight Show will invite all those kids on. Because it’s really not fair that these pretty blonde girls keep getting rich off of doing mediocre versions of their dances

And then when you see the way the dances are supposed to be performed:

You seem genuine and not like you’re trolling to be an asshole, so let me ask - why would soliciting charity right now not seem right? I would think if anything the current pandemic circumstances would suggest it is the perfect time for those who are fortunate enough to remain comfortable financially to contribute to

No no, that wasn’t a question. A simple statement that you are a repulsive little shit. I don’t really have much more to say on the topic since I literally cannot understand the mindset of someone who celebrates the death of a 24-year old because of a fucking internship that the person had.  I hope, since it is the

Yeah. I was a College Republican my freshmen year (1983), but went on to become progressive AF. I would also not wish an early death on anyone, for any reason (part of being progressive AF).

I’m sure this panel is already obsolete. Someone has managed to abuse it yet again to hurt themselves or others.

Thank you for helping debunk this widely-held belief! Before the Incelrection, this was my biggest pet peeve that was believed and repeated by literally EVERYone! Lawyers outdid the Devil in making people think what they wanted.

Shake your head all the way over to Google and find out how you were duped by the Tort Reform Lobby of Big Biz. You’ve been walking around dead-ass wrong, convinced and calling this woman was a bitch and fervently believing and spreading a lie and disinformation like a QAnon’er!

If she hadn’t done that, no harm would have come to her”

Well, to be fair, in that particular case, the coffee was so overheated that she could have potentially hurt herself by...you know... trying to drink it!

Yep, that’s right the coffee was so hot, that it was undrinkable ..which is the one thing you’re meant to be

The McD’s coffee issue is a famous case where the public got duped by a corporation into thinking the injured person was in the wrong—she won, for good reason.

Ah, you must be the KinjaKungen of “KinjaKungen On Torts” fame...

That was a legitimate lawsuit, and this poor woman has been unfairly maligned.

Thank you

Thank you. I’m so sick of hearing about it. The fact of the matter is that it’s extremely uncommon for large companies to have to pay anything substantial in damages for anything. The nonsense about frivolous lawsuits needs to stop. If anything, there are too many barriers to ordinary citizens seeking recompense from

This case gets mentioned whenever product liability comes up. Thing is, the popular take “old lady gets millions for being dumb" just isn't true. Here’s a quick refresher:

“She deserves to be bald for the rest of her life. Can’t take care of your own body, deal with the consequences.”

If anything, assuming she bought the glue online, I’d think she’d have a better case against amazon because if you look up “Gorilla gel” these are the top contenders:

I would’ve thought that the lawsuit would be between Gorilla Glue and Gorilla Snot, for having names that are too similar. I mean, back in the day Coca Cola would sue the crap out of any other drinks that used cola in their names (until they fucked up and accidentally let Pepsi slip by).

This smells like a case of not reading labels

The best theories I’ve heard is that she used it on purpose without knowing what it was - if she was unfamiliar with Gorilla Glue and wasn’t the one to purchase it (and didn’t read the label), she may have gotten it confused with hair product Gorilla Snot or thought it was similar to the hair product she was using,
