I first saw Soap as part of a TV Land programming block called “The Kitschen.” It aired alongside Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman and Fernwood 2 Night. I remember thinking WHAT IS THIS WEIRD, GLORIOUS TELEVISUAL DELIGHT AND WHERE HAS IT BEEN ALL MY LIFE?!
