Investments are intended to make money. Leveraged investments are intended to make bigger money. Of course leveraged investments have more risk. You are borrowing someone else’s money and betting on a positive return, not just betting on a positive return with risk of your own capital.

There was a SNL skit with William Shatner at a Star Trek convention where the trekies knew far too much about Star Trek episodes and Captain Kirk’s personal life. I am sure VW visiting Jalopnik feels just like William Shatner at a Star Trek convention.

Yes, yes, you are correct Mr.fastidious.

My thoughts exactly.  It ties well with these words in the article: on mall parking lots

Hey, the rear engine Corvette finally showed up. Let’s be patient.

Oh let’s just start right here with the title.

My first observation is Elon is a man of many extraordinary claims who has shown up all of his skeptics numerous times.

Please understand your value and purpose to me. I don’t come here to collect guilt for not exercising. I come here to read everything I can about cars so I am too busy and then can’t find time to exercise. This is confusing and conflicting me.

Back in the early to mid 1970's when I was in my early teens there was a 20 something year old up the street that had three very cool cars over several years. All 4 speed manuals, all that he street raced.

As usual, party #1 fires a shot and then party #2 the fires a bigger shot. HOA’s almost always shoot first and ask questions later. My experience has been that HOA’s are made up of people, and if dealt with reasonably, usually they are amenable, as long as your situation is reasonable. I can’t imagine they wouldn’t

The Chevy LUV was actually a rebadged Izusu.

I’m done with Jalopnik.

Despite being about 5 or 6 at the time I never saw this. Paul Revere and the Raiders weren’t quite on my list of favorite bands. They seemed to be a famous band without any famous songs.

I think James won the debate.
