Considering that this is a game where you’re likely neither going to pee nor bang, the only extension of sex/gender that is relevant to your character is “how people refer to you in the third person” a thing games do a lot because you can choose your name to be whatever you want. Codsworth in FO4 knows 922 names, but…

Or, the mod removes gender neutral pronouns, but secretly drops your charisma by half, to reflect the kind of person who would mod a game because of pronouns.

Given alot of the types of mods that they host on their site are used by LGBTQ+ people to feel more included in the first place, it would have probably been more detrimental to them to stand WITH the bigots.

This is a tiny win for the good guys.
