They need to turn the only thing that matters to shareholders around, their penny stock
They need to turn the only thing that matters to shareholders around, their penny stock
The Fords hold something like 40% voting power yet a tiny portion of the common shares, as the relationship with VAG get closer, it will likely see shared ownership, VW doesn’t shy from takeover bids. Especially if Ford can’t turn their shit around. The F150 doesn’t make a company, especially when it’s not as…
he who has noname says without context!
There is Ford family ownership that is the only thing stopping that from having already happened. $4 shares and uncertain leadership with failed or fubbled product rollouts from both Ford and Lincoln. The Bronco is cool, really cool, but it’s a niche vehicle. Where as the Explorer is the bread and butter product but…
VW is most worried because they will own Ford eventually
Bronco doesn’t need a V8, Ford has shown the F150 and Excursion don’t need a V8. I’m still a 5.0 Coyote fan and if I bought a F150 that would be my engine choice, but the Bronco is Ranger territory and Ranger sales have boom with just one option: 2.3T I4 + 10 speed auto. If the big boy Ford’s can get majority sales…
oh i had no idea. Nice little track pack
I suspect fat salaries and irresponsible spending has played a part. They should start up a lower price point brand/line to go after people with FRS, GTi, MX5, etc than don’t want $5k rims on a $25k car. And find an OEM to supply rims for the top performance trim.
GM had a BOF offroader in development to compete with the Wrangler. Roughly 5 years ago and was to be on the 31XX platform which the Colorado rides on, this could have put green lit development timing ahead of the Bronco team.
Unreliable lead foot syndrome*
If this had a Chevy badge with a new EV stylized Bowtie it would’ve got shit on and taken through the sarcastic ringer and we all know it.
I think the 3.5 is a perfect sized engine for a half ton truck. It has enough size and power to move the vehicle around without relying on the turbos as much, and when you do stomp on it or make it work the turbos pull strong. Whereas my old 2.7 crew cab had a damn hard time ever achieving EPA estimates, and that was…
Doesn’t matter, that engine is rated to tow a shit ton too yet conveys no confidence even when towing 6,000lbs. Also prone to over heating issues just driving around on a hot day, which is luckily just the result of bad cylinder head sensors and if not under warranty just $20 part.
yea im thinking $30 for a 2 door clothe top base models, maybe $28 then add in discounts after a year on sale
Lol look at the specs again. No way this is priced like a Honda HRV.its going to be 30-55 stickered
When you want to get single digit highway mileage
Man, can't believe a 4.7 and big heavy mud 35s being spun by that 2.7 V6.
I love the mazda3 leather seats in the GT, not sure if lower trims and the clothe seats are the same. Also love the interior. AWD is a great addition for zoomzoom but also winter in Canada. I also like it’s not a VW and doesn’t look boyracer.
Oh fuck right off
