From the pictures, it looked like he had a nasogastric tube- a year + without a more permanent feeding/hydration tube seems odd, but who knows if it’s NK what the standard of care is.

Kids passport pictures are sometimes useless. They are only good for 5 years. But kids change so much. A picture of a 1 year old infant really doesn’t help you identify a kindergartner. In fact no offense to the babies, but a lot of them look alike.
