I mostly agree with you, but I’ll remind you - a very small percentage voted trump. In fact a very large percentage didn’t vote at all. We have no idea what those people thought or believed, but looking at the numbers protesting, I’d say the majority were simply not moved by Clinton, but still abhorred trump. And

What if The Producers were actual Nazis? And actually ran for office?

While the Republican party still has huge issues and has been far from cooperative in many things in the last couple of years, conservatives were not protesting Obama’s election.

Not gonna lie: I’m pretty sure some part of me believes this is all a big joke and Hillary will be sworn in at the end of January. This is all too insane to be real.

I never started.

You’re stupid, America.

Bannon and Priebus will continue the effective leadership team they formed during the campaign, working as equal partners to transform the federal government, making it much more efficient and productive.

Bannon and Priebus will be teammates, and have always been teammates.

The acceptability of a person’s radical views can be determined by this handy color chart.

It’s a shrewd move going with Preibus as chief of staff. Most media outlets will only report that and ignore Bannon as his wormtongue.

I immediately thought of Van Jones when this was announced. Fox News was basically able to single-handedly get him out of a relatively low-profile role in the administration, but Bannon gets this job and it’s likely that nothing significant will happen in response. It’s disgusting.

In 2009 Van Jones was forced out of a job in the Obama administration for making controversial statements in a prior life. All in the game I guess. But why is it ok to elevate a person with radical views now? Are people saving their moral outrage for the war on Xmas?

“Just giving a white nationalist a chance” is the bastion of privileged white people. They aren’t the ones who will suffer.

You know...if he denounced the harassment incidents, then maybe I’d have a little smidgen of respect and not feel like he’s going to gas half the country.

Being biased against racism is not bad. Your entire comment rests on the premise that all bias is equally bad. That’s illogical in the extreme.

No fucking one needs to “just imagine.”

I will treat trump with the same respect he has shown women, POC, Mexicans and Muslims.

Conservatives have been slinging crap at Obama for 8 years, but now that Trump is elected it’s time to deal with it and get along?

I hope everyone can work together, but I’m not holding my breath.

Oh, now it’s time? No, it’s been time since the dawn of this country. It’ll never happen.
