@ToonLink97: It's just a feeling, like when the Nintendo 64 came out and 2D was almost non-existent on the console.

Could the open back be indicative that the glass may have some touch-sensitive properties?

Considering that I watch Hulu so much that I canceled my cable, I would be willing to pay a reasonable fee for having an easy way to play it on the TV. I mean, the status-quo is to pay a ton of money for cable which shows 8-9 minutes of commercials every half hour and has a set schedule that you have to follow,

This look great and I will have it...but part of me feels a little pang that this signifies the end of 2D sprites

This is amazing! Harmonix really knows what they are doing. I can't wait to play the keyboard.

@joeloliol: I would definitely rank LBP over Modnation in terms of innovation and overall quality, but I think they are both worth listing as good exclusives for the PS3.

I think that LittleBigPlanet and ModNation racers should have definitely been included in the list of best games, and not just mentioned as casual alternatives to the Wii. Both of these games are not only well-reviewed, but their robust level editing features set them apart not only from other games, but by extension

@Southpaws_ITF: I just don't get the sense that the HD consoles have a lot of full games with local multiplayer, especially if you want something besides fighting or FPS. From personal experience I just find that my friends and I end up resorting to the Wii a lot because it just has more options. I also frequently

@kameoosama: I agree completely that the Move is going to be a more successful implementation for gamers, but as with any console, I would think that the software library is going to be the primary factor when deciding on a new console. In that respect, the 360 and PS3 aren't really any different when compared to the

@gnargle: That is stupid. I think it should come down to the buyer's knowledge. In This case, Gizmodo publicly acknowledged that they knew full well that the guy they bought the phone from didn't own it.

@gnargle: What's a stupid law? Not being able to purchase lost/stolen property?

Do you ever suddenly find yourself hating a game that you previously loved and sunk a ton of time into?

I disagree completely with the idea that 360 owners should get a Wii while PS3 owners shouldn't based solely on their differences in yet-to-be-released motion controls. We have no idea how those technologies are going to be used, but what we do know is that the Wii offers a completely different library of games from

@Methusalah: I am fairly concerned about quality. I know that $500 isn't going to get me a top-quality system, but I would rather spent that on something that's pretty good than get a super cheap system that I will want to replace right away.

I've been seeing sound effects being mentioned more and more in game reviews lately and I'm starting to feel like I'm missing out by just using my TV speakers. How many of you use surround sound, and do you think it adds a lot to the games? Any suggestions on speaker systems? I would want it to be under $500 and it

@Angry_Giant: Sonic games, the early ones that are considered "good". I've tried to play them many times and I just can't get into them. Any time I build up any kind of speed, I immediately run into something and I HATE having to backtrack and try running again to make it around those loops.

@yourcitylovesyou: I think Move would likely be the better fit because it's also camera based and will likely be a lot more precise than Natal, thought the leaning might be tough to pull off.

@Pitsniffer: That sucks! I hope it's under warranty.

@Roobs: I agree. Personally I'm hoping that they announce a console redesign that includes built-in wifi, or at least a price drop.

@NovaDeez: Are you talking about the "I'm a Mac, I'm a PC" ads? They have officially ended that ad campaign.
