At a recent Target sale where a bunch of quality DS games were on sale for $25, including Zelda:Spirit Tracks and Mario & Luigi: Bowser's inside story, I was surprised to see that the only game that sold out was this one. Though I was happy that they still had Zelda (that's what I went there for), I still found this

@csanders984: I can relate to the high student loans/anti debt attitude. It sounds like you're being very responsible about the whole thing. I misunderstood in that I though you are saving for a wedding, but I guess that's already covered. It sounds like the money you're saving isn't necessary money, but more like a

@D Mitsuki, Gotta have guts kid!: I was staff in a freshman building for four years at a top 50 school. I always marked the dates of the first major exams on a calendar so I would know when to bring around cookies and console people on their bombed tests (freshman chemistry was the worst). Believe me, the worst thing

@csanders984: You are obviously making a big sacrifice to save up for a wedding. Is your fiance also making similar adjustments to her daily life? If so, then I think it would be a bit unfair to her to splurge right now. However you look at it, that would be about $400 (with games) that would otherwise go towards the

@ChickenPawks: That's an interesting point about Heavy Rain. I will definitely be on the lookout for different perspectives on that game.

@MellowJade: First off, as a woman it's not uncommon to be condescended to in places like video game stores, or any other type of place dealing with what people thing are "manly" pursuits. I personally don't care what strangers think, and so I just ignore it. However, if you've ever felt the need to stand up for

@Slagathorian: @JayUnreal: It's clear that the 360 version is better, but after reading their reviews, I do feel like they docked the PS3 overly harshly due to it's comparison to the 360. They basically said, we don't recommend this because the 360 is better, but that doesn't help those who only have the PS3.

@lilithfey: I fished in every single square of about 3/4 of a lake to find Feebas in Pokemon Diamond. It was a surprise for my girlfriend who wanted Milotic.

@DorkimusPrime: If the idea of getting a regular ipod (non-touch) for music and whatnot appeals to you, then get the touch because that's what it's best at. If you want it because you think that it will do all sorts of awesome stuff other than play music, then don't bother.

This is eight years of my life in one box. ... I was really proud of my role that I played in it and the people I met and got to work with all those years. And then everything gets summed up in this little box.

@zackek: I think this is very unlikely. Licensing that music is just too expensive.

How many copies have they sold of this game? 5 million? More? So the number of colorblind people would be in the hundreds of thousands. That's more than the the total number of people who play lot of games. This seems like a fairly simple patch to accommodate that many people.

@Norellicus: I thought the same thing. This was an entertaining read that I could easily follow. Nice job Tim.

@D-K, Anarchist: You said I decided to "call sexism on it" so I quoted myself specifically saying that I wouldn't call the game sexist. Reading it again, I see that you could have meant "you" in the general sense. I agree that using terminology like sexist is more likely to turn people off the message than convert

I have no issue with Sony charging for premium content. My one concern would be that once they start distinguishing between premium and non-premium services, they will no longer work to improve the free PSN and all improvements will be subscription-only. I would also be very annoyed if they constantly prompt those who

@sunpop: "current features would remain free"

@Malloc: I was thinking the same thing. I don't see how these could be implemented unless they either simply reward you for playing (pointless), or require multiple play-throughs to achieve certain results (frustrating). Considering the developers themselves said that the game isn't really meant to be played more than
