And since you put up you plastic surgery credentials (having a “friend”), here are mine : I had very stealth nose job about 15 years ago, and I grew up in west LA where plastic surgery spotting is a skill you pick up around 8th grade.

My family has some money. It sucks that I got lucky just because of that. I saw a lot of people fall through the cracks because they didn’t; it’s so messed up because it takes at least 90 days for rehab to click, but most insurance will only pay for 30.
