Oh good. Not only indoor dining, which is among the most dangerous things you can do, but indoor dining at a place where you constantly have to get up and go where other strangers are going, and stay at the restaurant for longer than you probably would on average because it’s a buffet so you’re eating to get your

Ugly bags of mostly water.

FIFY.

Because its not just for vegans, its for people who use a lot of ground beef but might be interested in cutting back on meat consumption.

Most of them do; this is really more for meat eaters who want to cut back, honestly. My husband and I are basically the ideal targets for Impossible; we eat very little red meat (mostly chicken with occasional turkey and pork) and we both like the taste of Impossible burgers. We have a close friend who’s vegan and

A lot of people refer to ground beef as hamburger, no matter what the final meal is going to be, so it isn’t really a limiting name. Hamburger Helper isn’t called ground beef helper.

I think it’s just that “burger” sounds more appetizing than “ground meat substitute” or “ground meat alternative”.

Why does this matter? Well, McDonald’s employs 800,000 people and is one of the world’s most visible fast-food brands.

And in almost every single industry both like and unlike.

I can’t stand the guy either, but she knows how to take hatred to another level...

You sure as hell better believe if some Democrat in the Alabama House had gone to an event honoring Joseph Stalin that they’d have been officially censured faster than you can say “Communism.”

I also like “scheduled meetings on vaccines.”

Her comments deserve a ten minute standing ovation. I have a serious question for all these flag umping, Ditka loving, phony ass patriots: Do you begin your day with the National Anthem? I mean when Mike Ditka gets his replacement knees out of bed in the morning does he begin the day by saying The National Anthem?

I like the ritual of opening certain events with some sort of song that we have in common, but the national anthem is just a bad song (jimi hendrix version excepted).

Kristen Bell is amazing on The Good Place. But I can imagine that she and the entire production team are thrilled that D’Arcy finally got a nomination. The episode where she played all of the different characters in the show was an absolute stand out.

Woke up this morning thinking, ‘Damn, I wish I could make COON into a positive because I’m feeling positively COON today,’ said no one ever.

I’m down for this take. If a team is representing our nation’s sports achievements on the world stage, go ahead and play everyone’s national anthems when appropriate. That’s legit. But in the country proper? Eh, what’s the point?

What does the national anthem have to do at all with professional sports?

I’m all for that. What does the national anthem have to do with baseball?

Kristen Bell not getting a nomination for The Good Place makes me sad, but at least D’Arcy Carden received some well-earned recognition for playing Janet(s).
