My question is where is the food being made? These cities are mostly big so what’s the delivery time like? It’d be nice to know the restaurant/kitchen is somewhat close lest your hot food order shows up 45+ minutes after it left the kitchen.
When we lived in the Twin Cities I remember that the St. Paul Farmer’s Market required produce grown within an hour or something. You’d go across the river to the Minneapolis Farmer’s Market and be able to buy a pineapple!
