It was disappointing to be on the receiving end of such disrespectful behavior from my current representative, but ultimately I’m focused on my campaign

I follow Ronnie on Instagram (not sure why) and he posted an InstaStory with the two of them and the baby in a damage control, "We all have ups and downs" kind of post. Nah, bro. This shit is toxic.

Tax fraud. I think he’s already been to court and he’s working something out that will keep him out of jail. He has a nice relationship and he’s clean. He’s been the only nice part of the reunion. Who would have thought?!

I don’t think he’s been sentenced yet.

Um, no? Fuck these people. That’s great they are attempting to do the right thing now that they got caught and were exposed, doesn’t change the fact they should be called shitty for the shitty thing they did.

Read the moment! The first time I kissed my now-bf (some 6 years before getting together) he asked if he could kiss me and it was super fucking romantic and still makes me melt a little bit when I think about it. But also usually people don’t ask and that’s okay too, if you’re feeling that they’re feeling it, lean in

This is the problem with GoFundMe. It is a really shitty way to care for people, it is a complete crapshoot if your page will get attention and if it does, and you get a crazy amount of money, there’s no guidance on how it should be spent. Our society would be massively better off with Universal Basic Income,

I’ve read a few stories about this. Apparently, it started out well. They were taking him to rehab, letting him stay with them, etc. But rehab came with some false starts, and when they weren’t around he was inviting other users and friends who were homeless onto their property and allegedly doing drugs. They claim to

Also, if you don’t trust a homeless stranger to responsibly manage a five or six figure payday, don’t deliberately set out to create one for him. It’s a massively disproportionate (and attention-seeking) way to reward a random act of kindness.

Good. You can’t just withhold money belonging to someone because you think you are a better caretaker for it. If the guy needs a guardian or conservator to care for his money, then they should have tried to apply for that through the courts.  I have zero sympathy for these assholes.

I’m a woman, 51, and in my youth, it was comsidered weird and dorky to ask. But I am now a huge proponent of enthusiastic consent & everyone knowing where they stand. I’ve been grabbed and kissed unexpectadly. Sometimes it was welcome, sometimes it wasn’t.

I’m 27 and a woman. I’ve been asked a few times if I can be kissed and honestly it’s really sweet, especially when you’re already in a hug and looking into each other’s eyes. More often though they just go for it and it’s fine. I don’t usually ask when I take the lead but now I’m thinking I should, it’d be cute...

I think asking is really sweet/sexy, plus makes sure everyone’s on the same page. But I’m old (34), and have been in a relationship for over a decade and no one asked back when we got together so I dunno.

Even if a person whipped a knife out and killed a police officer or did something else similarly reprehensible, that person STILL has legal rights during and after their arrest. Informing someone of those rights is not a crime, even if it’s inconvenient for police officers.

When law enforcement officers are above the

As I understand it, in front of the police, she attempted to pass him a business/contact card. Because the information on that card, which directed the minor to legal services and information on his legal rights, the police retaliated. They retaliated in a disproportionate, invasive and violent manner. She had done

Exactly. I mean, if she had been able to say to me “Yes, I need help, can you drive me to the hospital?” boyfriend and I could have done that, but I don’t have the legal authority nor the training to say “hey, I think you’re trying to throw yourself in front of a car, and that’s bad, so I’m forcing you into my car and

That’s exactly what it is.

Jesus... not only does he hate brown people, he needlessly mocked the disabled too.

Unfortunately, this is not even close to shocking. This is how our system works. Mental illness and criminal behavior are treated essentially the same way. For people who are generally scared out of their minds and often paranoid, having the cops show up and grill you, is not ideal (from personal experience).

Why the fuck are they sending cops to do paramedics’ jobs?! I know it’s been going on for a while now but it just seems like a way to funnel people into the prison system instead of hospitals where they can get treated for fucking medical issues, the reason the call was made in the first place!
