I mean it’s purely anecdotal, but I know a lot of folks with Foresters on their original CVTs at 150k+ mileages, and I also know they haven’t done any recommended fluid change intervals on them either. I think as long as you drive like a grandma and don’t overexert the CVT then they tend to last a good while, at least

You should not be towing with a CVT. I think that’s pretty much a blanket statement.

Tried and false

All this Altima hate but not a single mention of the Talltima Rogue?

The other big problem with public perception is that all self-driving programs are done through multi-billion dollar tech firms that nobody trusts. It’s not like anyone else could afford to do this sort of R&D, but this poll reads like ‘Would you trust Google to drive next to you on the freeway?’ to which of course

Ah, so specifically the Honda Alabama plant. I guess I’m just surprised you’ve spent enough time with the product to even tell the difference in build quality. Are Canadian-built Civics or Ohio-built Accords better? We don’t even get any Made in Japan Hondas in the U.S. right now, do we?

Sorry, no. It’s one of the cringiest concept car names of all time. ‘Stratos Zero’ is a cool name. ‘Megagamma’ is a cool name. ‘Opulent Velocity’ makes me want to throw up.

I’d petition Honda to bring us a Ridgeline that’s made in Japan.

You forgot about panel vans?

Even though they are essentially a rebadged Ford Ranger, unlike the Ford they can be had with a manual.

I agree with all of that, but from my experience Tiktok ironically has a far saner and healthier commentariat than Instagram reels. For the most part Tiktok comments tend to be uplifting and supportive whereas Instagram reel comments are vindictive and nit-picky. I can’t figure out why that’s the case, and it could

Huh? The 2016 Equus Ultimate had an MSRP of $68,750 which, last time I checked, is more expensive than $67,475.

I don’t get the new Accord hate. I think the old one was awful, especially that hideous chrome unibrow. The new one may be an Audi knock-off, but that’s a good thing.

I have to agree with this. Is it a terrible vehicle? Sure. Is it represented by a terrible person? Yeah. Should it exist? Probably not.

The Austin Metro is definitely the most ridiculous one on the list.

Always thought the L200's facelift looked goofy.

Any of the ‘swoopy’ cars from the 2010s. Arbitrary curves and bulges aplenty!

Americans will buy anything if it’s cheap enough. That the Yugo sold here at all should indicate that general consumers will have no problem buying a BYD.

I guess I’m in the minority, but it’s the other way for me. The ‘swoopy’ Sonata has always looked like a cheap Chinese CLS knock-off in my eyes with too many aggressive lines (and the lower front valance is just awful). They’ve grown on me a bit since, but the 7th gen has always been attractive in my eyes as a
