My feelings:

Exactly. He obviously gets off on being a cop & probably sees himself on being a “nice guy” as long as the people/women he pulls over acts really docile & polite. But poor Sandra Bland made the mistake of challenging him & the police (and unfortunately many, mostly white, people) think that warrants an arrest.
