My grandfather is the original owner of a 1962 VW Bus, which he still drives around. It’s been through a lot in the family and has done countless miles. It’s always a treat when he tosses me the keys and we go on a drive because we can.

I hate when the do massive overhauls on a car for the Big Race/Score/Job/Whatever and the whole thing takes like 4 hours. They drop the transmission, swap the engine, put on a super charger, drop the weight a hundred pounds, do a custom exhaust, AND manage to go out to a late night diner and/or have a few beers before…
