I actually like Nickelback, so wouldn’t deter me all that much...LOL

Hey! Leave my LTD alone....(he says as he stops yet again for gas)

Here, have a star...

<sings> “She got run over by a crappy purple Scion...”

Love love love LOVE this song. Always have.

Pretty much any GM B or G body from the late 70s/early 80s.

The black button underhood was part of the ill-famed seat belt interlock mechanism, present only on 1974 model vehicles and then later disabled when the regulation was repealed.

We in Atlanta have the infamous Hartsfield-Latoya Jackson Intergalactic Spaceport and Nail Emporium.

There is no retrofitting operating rear windows on these A/G body wagons or sedans. GM never offered functional rear windows on these...ever. And there’s no room in there to engineer some sort of regulator without doing some major surgery on the door structure and inner trim panel.

Love this gen Tbird. The battery in the trunk, the hood locks and the extraneous badging turns me off, though. I’d prefer my Tbird to operate in stealth mode.

You do realize that the Blazer you show is a 1985-up model? If they’re trying to present it as a 1980 model, somebody is asleep at the switch.

Badge engineered Mazda.

I drive barefoot (and have done so for YEARS, and no, it’s not illegal—anywhere!) so I like having carpet.

That color is actually called Briar Brown Metallic.

I work for one of those “other” extended warranty companies.

That’s fine. It was fugly anyway.

Love these cars, as well as their RWD immediate predecessors. I don’t see where anyone has even mentioned the fact that this jewel will actually TALK to you—this generation was the last to have the voice reminder system.
