I’ll have been mostly in the house for a year in March. I’ve been unemployed since April. I’m definitely getting better and have made huge strides but as you know, recovery can take a really long time. I actually have stress dreams about getting better and putting myself out there again.

Neat! I’m happy for her. As a person dealing with/ slowly recovering from severe agoraphobia, I know how hard it is to get treatment when you’re terrified of something. It doesn’t make logical sense but your brain is misfiring and telling you that you’re going to die if you do the thing you’re scared of.
