It seems like we’re wandering into some kind of legalistic argument here. You use words like “predatory” and “reckless” and I say “intent to hurt” and we’re not talking about the same thing? Does “reckless” mean they can’t “intend” to injure because they just aren’t thinking? I don’t know if that’s a good defence.
