Well 200k isnt bad for a couple visual novels (the budget on those is usually low). But for a lot of other games where the budget is high, 200k in sales is not worth it for a console that consistently sells worse than the Wii U in North American and Europe.

It was likely a developers decision to change it. The gamepad is a the standard for the Wii U and a Wiimote is a standard for the Wii. I’d rather have controls individualized for each platform.
