IDK, Torch... I’m not a Tesla fan, but IF it was “autopilot” that was actually driving, I’d say that it was an impressive avoidance. It did look like the BMW almost PIT maneuvered itself and, had the camera car not taken evasive action, there MAY have been contact. The fact that it quickly moved as far as possible,

Elizabeth, this was a beautiful, complex tribute. Watkins Glen also holds an important place in my heart. I happen to be from just east of Rochester, NY and went to RIT, so I was blessed with it being my local track. But I didn’t go as a kid. My first trip there was with a charity organization to give rides to kids

HID headlights and Bluetooth. Ideally Bluetooth with streaming audio. These are really the only features since the turn of the century that I care about.

Brad, it was pre-2019. While I can and am licensed to ride motorcycles, I choose not to (with any regularity) just because it crosses my risk/reward threshold. I would take almost any roadster - even an MX5, for example - over this if I cared about the driving dynamics at all. These things only exist so as to not have

Having driven one (modified, even), I stand by my comment. Plenty of people buy all-season tires, though.
I’d argue that you get better fun/$ out of a motorcycle and more car/$ out of a roadster.

Nice Review, Jason! I always loved the look of the CC’s and now the Arteon. Man, if they sold the wagon here, I’d be all over it.
It’s amazing that people will spend $50, 60, 70k on an anonymous SUV and nobody bats an eye. But you get a “flashy” car for (a German sportscar or something) for half that and you draw all

These are the most worthless vehicles ever created.

Or don’t buy one at all because they’re worthless vehicles. They’re the all-season tire of recreational road vehicles. They’re terrible at everything and good at nothing.

The Stinger is considerably larger, more practical (hatchback), and more comfortable than an STi. Adults will likely prefer the Stinger, unless they insist upon a manual (which would be understandable). This is still a really good cost proposition for a 300hp rwd mid-size performance-oriented car for under $40k. It’s

Money will fix this. And that’s probably exactly what they’re looking for.

Good choices. I had a MK6 TDI SportWagen. I liked it, but I’d go with the BMW. The BMW Diesel is much more powerful and enjoyable to drive.

So you want a BMW E91 328i 6MT Touring. So do I :)

Define practical? If you don’t need to carry more than 1 passenger, they’re super practical! Great fuel economy (I regularly got 33mpg running 80mph+) and great space in the hatch! The M had less space in the hatch due to the battery being raised up for the dual exhaust, though.

Maybe when they were new. They seem to be universally loved now. It would be hard to call the front end of any Z3 offensive. It was only the rear end that was controversial.

I’ve had a Z3 2.8 Roadster, Z4 3.0si Coupe, and now have a Z3 3.0i Coupe. I attended 3 BMW Roadster Homecomings, when they were a thing. I can appreciate them all :)

Seems like a great buy for you! And, you now know someone who can help with any paint issues you’d like to tackle ;)

engineers stood nearby. They told fire officials they had been test driving the vehicle when it began to have mechanical issues.”
...I think they meant ELECTRICAL issues.

I was also a fan of the Bangle era. I even got to question the man, himself, once! I was impressed by him, in addition to his design.

The MR-Spyder was completely impractical and quite ugly without aftermarket body kit help, but it was also quite good fun to drive. 4/5 of a Lotus Elise experience!

This is not just immoral, but illegal, from what I recall from my car-selling days.
