OEMs say buyers don’t want manuals. They stop making them or make them nearly impossible to get. Even if offered, try actually finding one on a dealer’s lot to test drive. The difficulty of actually finding a manual, even if offered, makes it prohibitive, therefore the buyer buys an auto or something else.

Both the windscreen and roll hoop are optional.

Thank you for catching that editing error! I’ll see if we can get it fixed.
I appreciate the comments.

See the Radical off track left after Turn 5.
Thanks!

I haven’t seen the front and rear wing options on the Atom 4 yet, though this car did have the mounting points for the front wing, at least. If you search for One Lap of America Ariel Atom, you should find Doug Beecham’s car, co-driven by Charles Espenlaub. It had the wings.

Especially if you pull in at an angle, should be no problem. As long as you don't get the front wing option ;)

I just sold a Jetta TDI SportWagen 6MT! The throttle needed a little longer/harder blip, but didn't need to build as many revs to match the next lower gear.

Atom 3 are still a blast. Search my YouTube page for Atom and you’ll get some videos for comparison.

Thanks Andrew!

Thank you!

True, but there’s a lot of NYC/tristate area money that makes its way down there.

Mid-1:12's with a lot of caveats. Carrying a passenger, short-shifting front straight, not pushing for laptime, etc. I think it has a 1:10 in it on the treaded Avon tires. The US cars will be delivered with Toyo R888R, I believe.

Were you able to plug the Changli into the bed and charge it while you were hauling it???

Drop P2. With 2-4 cars in the class through the whole year, why are they even out there?

They’re all over the place. I see them at racetracks as well as around town!

I’m surprised you called out the Sachs Madass 125, as I don’t think they’ve had a dealer here in some time. I have one, though. I bought it from AMA Superbike rider Larry Pegram, who had been sponsored by Sachs, with only 25 miles of pit use on it.
I’ve used it as a pit bike for the last decade or so and also take it

The cliffhanger of all cliffhangers! Looking forward to the TUV report, even if it didn’t go well. Keep at it!

Uh... you could still need a snorkel for deep water fording. If the air gets in the intake and down the intake tract, there’s no way to reverse it. You just avoid a vacuum at the intake.

Is that HP rating correct? Was it maybe 270 WHEEL HP?

I’m guessing this was a typo and actually 370hp, or 270 WHEEL HP?
