I drove one of these, modded with 300+ hp. One of the stupidest, most pointless vehicles I’ve ever driven.

I’d recommend trying to get Shea Holbrook for an interview on the W Series. We were hanging out over Christmas break and I gathered that her feelings, as a 2019 W Series competitor, are that the intentions of the series are true, the racing is fair, and the opportunities are being made. Jamie Chadwick has signed as a

Chyrsler Pacifica

Ah, good find. They should know better, either way.

This needs to be highlighted. It completely overturns what this article is suggesting.

Lol. We say this about Ohio drivers!

I’m not exactly surprised that this happened with cars coming out of the plant. Its more common up here in SE MI for development engineers to drive “M Plates” (manufacturer plates) on public road and they are more aware of the additional risks to their job and employer. Additionally, they generally have more

If that’s correct, then that’s one good sign. But, crash and emissions testing will still keep it out of the US. :(

JDM and UK only? So, they’re not even investing in Left-hand drive versions.

Fair point about the load being removed from the engine. I thought the net weight gain was 20 lbs, though. Which would include the removal of the alternator.

How much development effort do you think Mazda put into keeping 20 lbs out of the MX-5? From where I sit, that seems like a significant weight gain. But, then again, we’re all about the RF and that’s like 100 lbs heavier, with the added weight up high. Maybe the benefits result in a net gain to sales of MX-5s in the

A very sad day for the series, its fans, and all of Italy.

This isn’t really fair when you look at the companies’ product portfolios. The list basically reads like “who sells the least and most trucks”. FCA, GM, and Ford are all at the bottom because they make the most trucks, which is not because they want to destroy the environment. It’s what the people want!
Honda, Mazda,

When I was a kid, I was looking out the window as we took off on a turbo-prop for a connection to Disney World. I was about 4 rows behind the engines. Shortly after take-off, as we were climbing, a fireball shot out the back of the engine and our altitude climb paused. I was sure we were going down, but it only lasted

I leased one new. I did my 2 years of regular high performance driving schools in it, as well as a bunch of autocross, and I loved it. I preferred it over the heavier Nissan/Infiniti. I also loved it in the snow with proper tires on it. It was also incredibly practical as a sportscar. It was comfortable to drive and I

Could a racetrack layout get more boring than this?

He should’ve gone into the differences between summer-grade gas and winter-grade gas, as well as regional differences, like California. This was more of an advertisement for Shell fuel than anything.

How about an Acura RLX or TL w/ AWD? Either should be easy on maintenance relative to the S-class and 7-series’ I was going to recommend :)

Trans-Am TA2 is what you’re looking for!
