The Alvin Greene Dream

Roadhog isn’t as obnoxious to die to after the update to his hook, because he can no longer get you in completely cheesy ways. I get far more pissy dying to Tracer and Genji than to Roadhog. But you’re right that Mei isn’t as annoying as she’s usually made out to be.

Yep. It’s going to take a while to get used to dying like that.

She is hardly the only one that can pull or push people into that pit, Lucio, Phara, Winston, Junkrat, Roadhog all can put you in there too.

That footage of her on Ilios: Well is a solid reminder that so many people are going to fucking hate playing against Orisa. She’s the first tank that seems to have an obnoxious, triggering, Mei-like quality to her.

Maybe for a fleeting moment, but unless a context for that emotion is established, the empathy fades.

If you didn’t want to have a discussion that delved into how small details affects the audience’s perception of character, then you shouldn’t have claimed that a fucking tear rolling down a character’s cheek exemplified human relatability.

Here’s what I don’t understand. Whenever something like this happens, everyone calls to revert changes. People seem to forget there are degrees between 1 and 100. Bastion’s heal currently is a bit too strong. Instead of completely reverting the buffs, maybe just made an adjustment to the heal.

Because they find a house they like, and the neighborhood happens to be governed by an HOA. Or because they’re one of the subset of assholes who actively seek out HOA neighborhoods because (a) they see houses purely as investments and (b) they secretly or not-so-secretly relish treating stuff owned by others as though

The only reason I can see why the truck needs to not be in the driveway is because it appears to cross over the sidewalk. I lived in a college town where that shit was the norm, in a neighborhood where like six or so students were sharing each rented house. So I have a special sensitivity to that shit. I want to, at

If you really have to bracket off and respond to every sentence I write, forming ever-more-giant walls of text that no reasonable person has the time to respond to, that tells me everything I need to know about your understanding of effective, simple communication. Jesus Christ, sum it the fuck up already.

I’m all for meta changes but this change is bad. It’s causing every comp match to consist of bastion, rein, mercy, Ana, d.va and a dps. Offense or defense. It’s all very boring and I’m very happy it’s getting changed asap.

You could then come back and counter him easily...which I felt was the point of Bastion.

I believe if they nerf the healing (make it slower or heal less) Bastion will be fixed.

Then explain the extreme popularity of cop shows over decades of television.

Same, I played Soldier all last night for my placement matches and if there was a Bastion, I couldn’t kill him at all when he was healing, he had a mercy healing him at one point and it just felt broken.

Which is exactly why the buff was absurd: this combo was already pretty tough to break without some decent coordination.

Are we already to this level when people can’t cope with a buff? Or was he so overpowered that even the suckest of players were able to murder highly skilled players in no time and with little effort?

And when the enemy had a bastion I had ZERO trouble taking him out with soldier.

Honestly, I wouldn’t care so much about the Bastion changes, except that Ironclad is just so fucking ridiculous. With most characters, you can switch a single character to provide a valid counter, but with Bastion, you have to concoct an entire coordinated, multi-character counter strategy, which is just absurd to
