I, (State Your Name)

Two words: Monsoon Season.

Right rear tire overinflated 2psi.

Which is a why the instructor will tell you want gear you should be in and when you should start braking. He/she knows the car and the track so they know what lines work and how to set yourself and car up to take that line.

No. These are track-prepared street cars or actual race cars, not purpose-modified driving instruction cars. The other two “track experience” companies in Vegas are at/near the Las Vegas Motor speedway: Dream Racing and Exotics Racing. I can’t speak for Exotics Racing but Dream Racing lets you drive track-only,

The instructor knows the car and the track and they can see (and feel) what you’re doing. They’ll know well before you will if you’ve set yourself up properly for the next turn.

Except that they do play it safe. Many places include simulator sessions before you even sit in an actual car. Once in a car, the first lap may be the instructor driving or the guest driving but under strict instructor direction.

Not going to happen but I wouldn’t be surprised if Bannon wrote an EO to that effect and Trumps signs it with no one having done the most basic research, i.e. read the relevant bits of the Constitution: Article II, Section 1, Clause 6 as well as the 25th amendment.

He sure will once he’s moved out all the slow-moving stock.

What did that sign on President Truman’s desk say? “The Buck Stops Here.”

I was thinking the same thing. Everything happening now is self-inflicted. If an actual terrorist attack occurred or he got us into a shooting war somewhere I wonder how 45 will (mis-) handle it. Because. He. Will. Mishandle. It.

Don’t wish for his death. Instead, wish for him to live a long life so that he spends as much time as possible reliving the shame and failure of his single-term so-called “administration.”

“I’ve got a bad feeling about this.”

‘45.’ I like it. I’m going to use that going forward.

The Pixar Theory (fancier presentation here) already accounts for the absence of humans in the Cars world.

If there is a defect or deficiency in the design of the part(s) in question, shouldn’t there be more cases of this type of failure in the wild? Or does it only occur if a driver with a particular build also has a peculiar way of getting out of the seat?

It’s not that simple. Not all cars are created equal.

You can’t ask to buy a LaFerrari. They invite you to purchase one.

It’s not even that. The pads, I mean.

This explains why I was seeing so many 500e’s on CarMax’s site a few weeks ago when I was “shopping.” Prices were around 10K IIRC.
