My neighborhood has a large “latino” representation. I’ve never heard any of my friends here refer to themselves as latinx, or latino, for that matter. This idea of putting a one-size-fits-all tag on millions of people from various cultures and origins is ridiculous.

I chop garlic, put in a small bowl, and pour olive oil over it. 20 seconds in microwave and it’s cooked and mellow--ready to add to sauces or cooked foods. Garlic, and popcorn. That’s about it for microwaving vegetables.
