Ah, the ComicsGate historical revision.

I prefer the excellently named Hale Appleman.

Oh, and also the astronauts on the ISS were on the first part of the show. But whatevers on that.

Shared from a friend of mine who possesses strong socialist beliefs:

There are a lot of things I disliked about Batman v. Superman and Justice League but Affleck really wasn’t one of them. He’s fine. He’s clearly trying to play a more jaded, beaten down by life Bruce. The only “movie star” version of Batman that I think totally missed the mark was Clooney and I don’t really blame him.

Wait a second, DC-Marvel crossovers were absolutely a thing once. Granted, there was never a specific Batman-Black Panther crossover, but if Batman and Spider-Man could team up, there’s no absolute reason Bruce Wayne couldn’t visit Wakanada.

Nerd girl here.  There have been DC/Marvel crossover books before so Batman if he were in the Marvel universe long enough to request a visa could potentially go to Wakanda.

In the case of the protesters, while I don’t actively hope they get sick and die, I’ll also have a hard time mustering up much sympathy if that happens.

a doge wearing dentures’. Where are we? 15th century Venice?

Truly in the Corman spirit of "hey, we've got this set for two more days, let's make another movie!"

My god, what is it with stage parents? The mother read the worst (sexual) comments to her 10 year-old?

Raphael is cool, but asking for money again rude. Michelangelo might be getting a divorce because he’s a party dude.

Here I was hoping this reboot would just be a continuation of the original series, with Harris returning as a now jaded, bitter, drunken Howser who spends all his time engaging in profanity-laced tirades against the health insurance and pharmaceutical industries.

Remember kids.

I sincerely want to honor him with “Horny Angry Tango” because there’s so much about that song that works both musically and comedically.

- I cannot slap you back/Because you are a lady
- That clearly is a double standard/But it’s probably for the best

This fucking hurts. Adam was great. His contribution to Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is, frankly, immeasurable, and Fountains of Wayne were just wonderfully upbeat and optimistic while, typically for Schlesinger, very witty.

I like Kate Beaton’s reimagining of the stories, based on the cover art
