I think the bandwidth cap is the larger problem here. Why does that even exist?
there is a glitch which propels vehicles upwards if you tilt them back
A lot of these use Franklin's special power but use a filter to hide the screen change effect, making it look extra impressive/impossible
There's a physics property in place with all types of bike where the wheels are pulled down. In the .gif, you'll notice they're intentionally upside down during flight, exploiting this attribute to gain extra lift.
I believe this is happening, I'll preface with that, but what you're offering for skeptics isn't going to convince them. A tweet from a random guy, not the FBI, not Police.

Iron Giant?
Game: Shadow of the Colossus
Victim: The Colossi (specifically the flying one, as that feels like the most symbolic and the most arresting piece of imagery in hindsight)
Why I felt so bad: I was 14 and hadn't seriously considered just what my wanton digital murdering said about me and the art I choose to consume. SotC's…
Good thing you didn't mistake it for Nintendogs.
Wrong Dogs, bro.
Truthfully, I'm not particularly inclined to purchase digital content that is tied to the system it is bought on and not an online account. I learned my lesson after loosing over $100 worth of digital content when my old 3DS broke. Same goes for the Wii U.
I don't get why they don't just allow things like emulators and programming tools. I can understand the desire to not allow people to do an end-run around the app store, but at some point, you're shooting yourself in the foot with these rules.
they aren't that cheap on nintendo's own platforms. more like $5 for an NES title and it's locked to the 3DS or WiiU respectively. the current Nintendo as a company can kiss my ass.
Seems like the fight between users and sellers is ramping up.
I don't think Nintendo or Sega really care about emulators because I don't see many lawsuits or take down notices for the ROMs or emulators.
Tell me again why I should spend hundreds of dollars in a piece of hardware others will control?
Panties or pre-order bonus panties in a bunch?
In the immortal words of a certain adorable little girl in a taco-commercial:
"We can care about more than one thing at a time, you nincompoop."
...or something like that.
No doubt.
In PC land, you have to dig for the E3 assets.
