Yeah I think the feature is jumping off a ledge and turning into a bird. And then flying around as a bird.

I thought the feature was turning into a bird...
Seriously, though? Looks too good to be true? To me it looks pixelated, flat and awkward, based on this gif. Look at the left of the image. Clearly a flat plane with a photo attached. This is only going to look realistic until you turn your camera the wrong way or walk too close to something.
I prefer to buy into the idea that Aladdin is actually set far in the future in a post apocalyptic world.
Mike, I am not sure I can agree with you on this. The contest was not about the person, but about Pokemon taking on the White House. From the entries I have seen, almost no one went in a direction to attack the person, honestly, most seemed to attack the building or the resident(s) present and past.
This is the best thing to happen to the fast-decaying Kotaku since Leo Takes a Look (Leo, we miss you... come back!)
As an iconic character of the series it's a huge disappointment that things like this become exclusives in any form, whether it's pre-order, DLC. Why not just charge extra for people to get SubZero, Scorpion, or Raiden while you're at it?
Hmm. To buy the game on release day or wait for the inevitable GOTY edition with all the DLC on disc. Decisions, decisions...
I dunno. It's dumb when gamers and fans devote themselves to corporations, but I think it's fun when these companies take shots at one another. Remember Sony's E3 2013 presser? "This is how you give a PS4 game to your friend." SO GOOD.
Well it looks like an advert to me. Are they allowed or not? If not then it is risking future relationships with Activision to do things like this.
The hypocrisy is astounding, seeing as they've been doing it with Call of Duty since 2008...
They talk a lot about how the war hadn't reached them yet, but it would. So it hasn't enslaved all Middle-Earth yet, it was just "getting there."
To allow a discussion without being censored. The fact that Luke's last article was prefaced by "I will be moderating the shit out of this thread" proves that you all don't want to have an actual discussion.
But the big issue right now is not hate. It's journalistic and developer integrity.
The whole thing about needing to upgrade to play certain games is awful, and I feel that if Sony or MS tried to pull the same thing there would be hell to pay.
God fucking dammit. Never posted on Kotaku before, but this lack of controversy has sufficiently irritated me enough to have to editorialize.
Fuck. This. Noise.
I didn't even know of this woman an hour ago, and i'm already sick of her shit. I read her tweet where she showed the "death threats" she got, and it's a…
Shock horror, there are dicks on the internet. Public figures are always subject to vitriol, if you don't like it, don't be a public figure. Yes it's sad, yes it'd be nice if it wasn't the case - but it always will be whilst the internet presents a veil of anonymity.
See, this bugs me quite a bit. Back when she released her first video, I felt there were some problems with it, so, as best I could, I explained why I felt that way. People chose to take it as "concern trolling," and much, much worse. Her defenders, at the time, remind me of the same people who attack and deride her.
'Anyone who has ever had an opinion on anything ever' didn't get paid $160,000 as a journalist to state it. I expect something a little more comprehensive than what I read on tumblr every day.
Ahem. After getting my name dragged through the mud for sexual harassment, you can be damn sure I am posting the apology letter afterwards.
