Former CA smog check guy here. Unless these parts have gained approval from the California Air Resources Board then yeah - the cold air intake, down pipe and possibly more would make it fail emission inspection.
I don’t trust anyone to install anything if they can’t properly spell the items they’re installing. Also, I don’t think any of that “Performance Package” stuff is factory at all. Every single part of this is sketchy as hell.

I’m ok with obnoxiously large screens when they’re done purposefully, and Cadillac seems to be doing just that. 33" sounds large, but it’s more manageable when you consider it’s also the gauge cluster and auxiliary controls, and it’s only ~ 8" tall.
Regarding the muscle cars, I wonder how many of these boomers actually owned one as primary transportation, and how many were still too young and are just speaking from a place of childhood nostalgia.
