Night vision during the day! Brilliant! (Literally)
Night vision during the day! Brilliant! (Literally)
Probably for stuff like this. Night vision in the Jeep GCL.
Pfft. 100km is like 62 FREEDOM MILES.
All that hood and no frunk? WTF(runk)!
Good looking vehicle, if such a thing can be said about an SUV... but I wouldn’t want to own one. The incredibly unnecessary LED lights in the space where the grill would be will look like crap when they break.
Hmm, “change the conversation” sort of implies that people are actually talking about Cadillac. Not sure that’s a valid premise...
I’ve seen worse Cadillacs.
Probably the most beautiful sedan ever made. And I say probably and not definitely because the E38 is right up there.
Is this real life? STANCEWORKS
So... what is under the hood if not a frunk?
Mazda6.
The Peugeot 309 GTI. Its little brother the 205 got all the glory and is worth a bucketload more now, but the 309 was only a whisker slower (thanks to weighing a mere 20kg more), had even better handling, and was considerably more comfortable and capacious. Just not as pretty.
Counterpoint: Had one more than once as a rental in the USA, and they were noisy, slow, poor handling, ugly, unpleasant, uncomfortable, low-quality pieces of shit and I couldn’t wait to return them.
A few nominations:
Came here to say or vote for minivans. They’re so derided and have fallen out of favor, for no rational reason.
Upper middle class and higher Northern Virginia Indian and Asian Americans bought these in droves when they were new and they are still driving them. Fits two grandparents in comfort and two kids in no comfort at all. Those kids have been crammed in Tata Indicas and Suzuki Swifts during trips to India though so they…
Right. And again, I think if you need a third row, a minivan is likely better than a 3 row crossover or full size SUV, but if you really don’t, I think a lot of compact and midsize crossovers end up being a better overall choice.
I had the opportunity to buy a W8 wagon a few years ago. It was even in green! I took it in to my mechanic and he said “nothing is wrong with it right now. But if anything goes wrong in the future, you’re screwed. My advice? Do not buy this car”.
I took his advice and got a Mazda 6 wagon, which was definitely the…
Fair question, but even for certain families the minivan may be the better and needed choice. If you happen to be the family that always winds up being the taxi service or if you have visitors or you want to carpool then it’s far nicer to pile everyone into a single vehicle than every family driving themselves. Most…
The 6th gen Galant VR4 was a true halo car back when Mitsu had money. 240hp out of the 4G63, WRC winning, 4WS, 4 wheel independent suspension, 4 wheel ABS, full time AWD. First car that combined all that that’s commonplace nowadays (except 4WS).
Well, being a long-time VW stan, I’m going to have to submit at least one.
