There was one NorK in a three man craft, and it still had all of the modules. If they also sent several cargo-only probes stuffed with rice he was probably eating as well as he was back on Earth.

This show is just getting dumber and dumber. As CogentComment says, it’s become a soap opera. Science and technology have taken a back seat, laughably so. They’ve completely ignored the fact that Mars has 0.3 Earth gravity, except for a comment about the baby being born on the ship.

Thank you for the actual review, opposed to the summary above.

First, North Korean, not South, but I suspect you’ll get more than a few people with that correction. Per Reddit, the Cernan football refers to him telling Ellen about throwing it on the moon, which is what inspired her to do the tank toss with Apollo 24. Also, Nixon’s portrait has been there all season.

I am living for the moment Costa Ronin shows up somewhere on the Soviet side. All shows could use 100% more Costa Ronin.

Maybe they think this was justified with the gay astronaut plot last week, where (although they didn’t quite say these words) they need every person they have and are stuck there for two years.  But as we see here, that doesn’t work in the face of someone who’s halfway between dereliction of duty and outright sabotage.

So Ed will get his ‘first’ as the first human to die on Mars? I really hope you’re wrong! F.A.M. with Danny but without Ed would be severely weakened. I’ll take an annoying redemptive self-sacrifice from Danny instead (since it’ll get him off the screen).

why do something that difficult to believe they could get away with for what appears to be very little reason?”

Maybe Philip and Elizabeth show up to bring her a better wig.

Not only that, but Wrenn Schmidt obviously played Kate the Jennings’ handler in season 3(?). So she should have a better grasp on KGB tactics.

I’m not sure we watched the same episode. This was at best a D; easily the worst of the season, and one of the worst of the series.

COUNTERPOINT: I don’t care. Clerks II was far better than it had any right to be.

I thought Clerks II was really damn good actually, and I’ve re-watched it several times, but yeah...that’s the last good movie Kevin Smith has made, and this looks like it could be Jay and Silent Bob Reboot- level “bad”. I’m sure I’ll inevitably watch it on streaming a year from now though.

Imagine the painfully unfunny nostalgia-wank that is the above trailer stretched out to 105 minutes.

Most of these jokes are “Remember these jokes?”

Kevin Smith presents ‘MEMBER BERRIES: The Motion Picture

Boy, I used to love the ViewAskew Universe movies but I think Jay and Silent Bob Reboot killed any lingering interest in this “franchise.”

So Smith’s creativity has fallen so low he’s now just doing the same “meta” schtick that was his last film.

I love that she’s taking the time to clearly enunciate all of it, like she wants you to know how clever it is and is less concerned with saying it at speed. Perfect.

Holy shit, her rap had me CACKLING
