This finale was a perfect ending to 7 years of ever escalating insanity that is the world of VEEP. Everything clicked with me, and the final scenes of soldiers trying to open Selina’s vagina-shaped crypt doors and then struggling to shove her coffin there, only to be cut by Tom Hanks’ death were the perfect ending for

It's hard to tell who was the worst, but he's definitely in top 3.

I watched True Blood until its predictably idiotic ending, but it was only to see how dumb a show can get when the network allows it. It started as a campy, gory and full of nudity vampire show which was a lot of fun, but it descended into a complete lunacy somewhere around end of S4-beginning of S5 (which is where

Bautista is a much better actor.

BTW, something I noticed about the funeral scene on rewatch - Amy (or maybe it’s just Anna Chlumsky) can barely hold it together while Uncle Jeff laughs at Jonah. You can see her really struggling not to laugh by making faces, then smiling and the then the camera cuts away from her when she’s about to burst in

I’m not 100% sure how it works (I'm not from US), but from what I remember from real presidential campains - the running mate choice comes after a candidate secures the party's nomination, isn't it? They still seem to be in primaries phase.

Furlong is kind of uniformly mean to everyone. Uncle Jeff is more psychotic and his outbursts are funnier because they usually come out of nowhere and hit with the force of a thermonuclear strike. His mad laughter always adds to the force of the strike.

I’m almost sure she’ll be someone’s VEEP in the end. Not sure whose though, I think it’ll be Richard (most probably) or Jonah (for maximum hilarity and insanity).

I lose it every time I see this scene. Uncle Jeff has some of his most brutal and disgusting lines there.

I don’t know which scene was funnier - Uncle Jeff at a funeral or the onefrom last season (IIRC) where Uncle Jeff comes to visit Jonah after Jonah’s circumcision.

Uncle Jeff is the MVP.

The entire scene of Jonah Ryan’s rally was a masterpiece of comedy. I was in tears by the end of it.

Liam Cunnigham is also there.

I saw it yesterday, and to call it a dumpster fire is a huge understatement. I don’t think I’ve seen something this awful in cinemas since Assassin’s Creed.

TBH, Game Of Thrones books are medieval European history on shuffle, but at least the first 3 books are great at what they are trying to do. Part of the fun while reading the books is trying to think of a historical counterparts of various characters.

For me, his best insult was “he’s not even his mother’s favorite Jonah”. That is somehow worse than any insult based on his looks.

Jonah becoming the POTUS is the only logical ending to 7 seasons of insanity that is the world of VEEP.

Pet Sematary is the only King's book that disturbed me gor real. The entire plot and the places it goes in the second half are so fucking dark, I don't want to ever re-read it (especially, I'd like to erase the grave digging scene from my head).

I still enjoyed the movie a lot, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

What I liked about the movie is that it did’t glorify any of the insane shit Motley Crue did in the 80s, and didn’t try to put this bunch of idiots in a positive light. It showed them as they were in the 80s - a bunch of drugged out of their minds, drunk, debauched idiots. It could have went some more into their later
