PA is stuffing. In our family it’s Copes Corn. Dried sweet corn with a great nutty flavor.

They’re basic table wines, mostly. A lot of them are sweet, which the older generation of residents prefer.
Fact of interest only to me: PA is 5th in the nation in wine, with almost 300 wineries. The industry has set up 10 wine trails across the state.
