as much as I'd love to see a rebirth, I want them as far away from GM as corporately possible if they did. GM killed them.

The difference between a GT500 and a Viper is that the Viper can actually carry that speed through corners. The GT500 is an example of too much power for an under-designed chassis. The Viper on the other hand was designed to carry 600 horses.
Since they both made it out A-Ok, I can say that it serves him right for thinking an X6M was a good idea.
This. The biggest bulk of that price has to be in labor alone.
Thanks for this! Going to be watching P1 at work today...
I was surprised more people didn't nominate Lauda, Villenueve or Piquet. Those three almost certainly should inhabit the bottom 5.
Who is more creepy? The creep, or the creep who follows?
It was meant to be a part of the original game content. It was completely unfair of them to turn around and make it a $20 expansion when it had nothing to do with the consumer.
"...there is space on my shelf for only one military shooter every year and..."
I bought Dishonored because of this. However, it doesn't change the fact that the industry has shifted from funding new IP's to pushing a new sequel seemingly year-after-year, with little more than a few new weapons and skins to show for it. I don't care how "SO GOOD" a game is, give me a sequel that is brand new, not…
You know, I hadn't thought of it that way. The idea that these consoles have been around for what seems like forever is certainly worth noting. I'd like to find that insider myself to read into their insight.
Did you actually need a review of a sequel of a sequel of a sequel? It's the same game with new guns. You know you're going to buy it, so what the hell do you care?
That was a fantastic read. If nothing else, it highlighted a perspective of these games I hadn't considered before. I wish more Gawker writers could put the proverbial pen to paper as well as you had. Jalopnik feels like you're reading a high school cafeteria sometimes.
"...words make great headlines— and I can't say I'd have done it any differently..."
You beat me to it. Nothing exudes ignorance like chewing with your mouth open. That, and mouth breathers.
Reach was my favorite of the series too. Running your own 'custom' spartan that was so well integrated into a story line full blown Halo fans knew was going to have a depressing ending impressed me the most. The improved multiplayer, for all of its faults, was not to say a step in the wrong direction. Sure, jetpacks…
I was arguing for nothing other than that he gets saddled with blame just as often as he is removed from the equation. You are not arguing my point, as I provided evidence stating that sources and even other elected officials have in fact 'slung the shit' that you speak of. If I'm the gullible one 'believing' it…
That's because through this whole election it was pinned on the current President as one of the big stains on his 'legacy' when it was convenient to make him look bad. Then when he wants to brag about it his opposition is quick to point out that he didn't start it. My point still stands.
When it's bad, it was all Obama's bailout. When it's good, dag-gumit Cowboy Bush Jr. was responsible.
