I think she’s just saying that it doesn’t really follow the standard Musou template, which is accurate IMO. With you though that P5 Strikers absolutely rules, such a good game.

And the allies were actually effective at carrying out your orders! Hyrule Warriors and Samurai Warriors let you order your allies around on the map, but they could never do things like capturing zones or killing bosses. Having your allies actually be able to contribute to the battle in FEW was such a refreshing

You take that back about P5S. It was an amazing blend of Persona 5 and a Musou game!

The MX Master 2s does have a ratchet while scrolling, you just might not have it turned on. You can toggle between free scroll and ratchet scrolling.
