I thought IOS didn’t allow that level of access to their wifi chip? Or has that changed recently? I remember for the longest time, wifi analysers were android-only because of the IOS restrictions.

Can someone explain to me why children under 10 need toys that connect to the Internet? Because as a parent of three kids, I can see no good reason for it. Whatever modest additional functionality is enabled seems to me to be heavily outweighed by the risks.
