I watched it and I agree, both he and Tiger Chen were excellent. I hope Reeves does more villainous roles, he pulled it off far better than I ever could have imagined. Shame Iko Uwais didn’t get to do too much though.

I’ve been on an action movie kick. I’ve checked out Ninja with Scott Adkins (although my copy was missing the subtitles for the Japanese parts so I missed a little of the drama) and it was pretty good and SPL: Kill Zone which was great except for the final minute where the felt the need to get too melodramatic and

Most Venom stories have been pretty tame on the violence. The outlier being that one really weird one I read in the early 2000's that heavily ripped of The Thing. A PG-13 was what I expected from the beginning.

Honestly I’d rather watch good movies or so bad they’re good movies when I’m baked, neither of which the Underworld films fall into.

Didn’t one of them star Rhona Mitra instead of her as it was a prequel? Honestly I haven’t seen past the crappy first and better and fun but still not good second.

Oh. Well, that does suck.

You... you know there’s another season on the way right?

Remember when Netflix was putting all this new, top of the line cool stuff and it seemed like it was keeping up and maybe even ahead of its competitors? Now go on there and get your eyes and ears assaulted first thing for an ad for some bottom of the barrel show that Fox would think twice about airing and canceling.

Oh c’mon, there’s only what, five to six separate continuties for the Toho films? And the continuity of the original golden age from 1954 to 1975 is only a little “they were making it up as they went along and didn’t care”.
(I’m one of those fans that really doesn’t care about Godzilla continuity.)

In one of my above comments I did. All of them are cowards for not speaking out.

She also reported at the premiere though that he and two other cast members stood up to give Black a standing ovation when nobody else in the audience did, which Munn said made her a little uncomfortable. So, I dunno.

I didn’t even get to that part of the film. I turned it off when they introduced Angel with Metallica playing.

That is fair. Singer has yet to have his day in court but the sheer amount of accusations against him and the simple the fact that it’s just that he’s a popular director/producer meaning he gets to keep his job should not mean people should not be speaking out. The fucking X-Men films aren’t worth it.

So we only speak out about those below us in power not those above us? A rapist is a rapist and Singer is a rapist and she has never once spoken up about the allegations about Singer even tough she comments on literally everyone else. It is hypocritical. I want everyone who’s ever worked with Singer to call him out

Again, how long is she gonna wait to say anything about Bryan Singer?

it’s the cover of the DVD i have on my shelf. like, it’s common knowledge by osmosis at this point.

why does it always have to be fucked up bears that give me nightmares? why did I have to watch Prophecy so young?

This is fair. There is the small thing that for non domestic releases (and especially niche titles like kaiju releases) you usually have to rely on other users (or just buying the thing yourself). Still it is an edge up on streaming. It’s why I usually don’t try to go out of the way for streaming sites I don’t know

I have been tumultuous but well? I am technically disabled now but still working on my art in earnest. I’m gonna share a table with my partner at a local convention soon enough actually. I hit hard times and set up a Youcaring for transition funds but other than that, I’m still loving artsy shit and kaiju. (I have

Oh wow! Yeah, that is pretty amazing. I’ve been pretty consistently using the same username for everything (it’s my brand for my fledgling art stuff). It is very nice to run into you again. How have you been?
